KG, Reinholdstrasse 5, 21073 Hamburg, enables us to build marketing-optimized websites and funnels and to easily and in compliance with data protection regulations integrate tools such as the Facebook Pixel, based on our legitimate interest in effective marketing pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.   • Brevo: As part of our services, we use Brevo, a tool from Sendinblue GmbH, Köpenicker Str. 126, 10179 Berlin, to efficiently manage our email and SMS communication and marketing campaigns. This allows us to analyze, among other things, how many recipients opened the newsletter and how often each link within the newsletter was clicked. All links in the email are tracking links, which allow us to count your clicks. Brevo enables us to process our users' personal data for various purposes, including, but not limited to, sending newsletters, conducting marketing campaigns, and analyzing user interactions to improve our services. META-PIXEL

We use the meta pixel on our website to enable targeted advertising through meta ads and to measure the effectiveness of these ads. We and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited share joint responsibility for the collection and transfer of the data, with further processing being solely the responsibility of Meta. Meta's "Advanced Matching" allows us to use contact information to create Custom Audiences. This information is transmitted encrypted as hash values and deleted after matching.
